Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger preparing a bid to sign Ipswich Town’s rising star Tristan Nydam, according to Sports Illustrated.
Nydam, who broke into the scene this season with Ipswich Town, is already on the radar of Premier League giants Arsenal – who have a reputation as experts in spotting young promising talents.
It has been reported that the Gunner boss Arsene Wenger is interested in signing the 17-year-old soon and is already preparing a bid of around £2 million to land the talented midfielder in the upcoming January transfer window.
Should Arsenal land Nydam, the youngster will be among the plethora of talents that Arsenal have snapped from the lower division- joining the list that includes the likes of Rob Holding, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlin and Theo Walcott among others.
It looks very likely that Arsenal will be able to land the young midfielder as Nydam is into the last 18-months of his contract at Ipswich and also due to the fact that many young players from lower divisions prefer to play for the Gunners due to their fantastic record of grooming them into first team.
