PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot has stated that he is not too concerned regarding his current contractual situation at the Parc des Princes.
Rabiot has managed to establish himself as a key figure for PSG in the last 18 months or so but the 21-year-old has surprisingly not yet been handed an extension to his current deal, which expires in 2019, by the French giants.
Premier League side Arsenal are believed to be among the many clubs currently following Rabiot’s contractual situation but the midfielder has quashed rumors about a potential exit from Paris by stating that he is unconcerned about not being offered a new deal as of yet.

“Very honestly, I do not want to think about that. I am under contract until 2019, it is not urgent,” Rabiot told Le Figaro. “I would prefer to stay concentrated on football. We will have to talk about this again at the end of the season. The club is aware.
“They are trying to protect themselves, extend as many players as possible and I understand that. I know that they are counting on me a lot, that I am one of the young players that could form the core for the future.”
