Fulham are leading the race for the signature of Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Ben Marshall, according to the Sun.
Marshall, who has started only one game for Wolves so far this season, was linked with a move to Craven Cottage in the summer transfer window but the transfer evidently did not come into fruition.
Following the summer failure, many had expected the Cottagers to end their pursuit of the 26-year-old but recent reports reveals that Fulham will be back for the Wolves man once the transfer window resumes in January.
One of the reasons for the reemergence of the rumors has been attributed to Marshall’s failure to establish himself as a regular first team player in a very talented Wolves attack.
This inability to get into the Wolves first-team seems to have frustrated Marshall and the winger is now said to be looking elsewhere for first team opportunities.
It is believed that Wolves are also open to listening to offers for the ex-Blackburn man and recent reports suggest that a loan move to Fulham in January is proposed for the talented attacker.
