Espanyol star Hernan Perez has basically issued a come-and-get-me plea to Premier League giants Chelsea
Chelsea are set to go through a major overhaul in the summer following a terrible campaign this term and a host of personnel is expected to arrive as well as depart the club.
As a result, it has been no surprise whatsoever in seeing a number of players being linked with a move to Chelsea and one can certainly expect a busy summer at Stamford Bridge.
Perez desperate for Chelsea move
Now a player who could potentially be on the radar of Chelsea is Espanyol star Hernan Perez. The Paraguayan international only joined Espanyol at the start of the current campaign and has enjoyed a fine season in La Liga so far, having scored six goals as well as provided 2 assists from a wide position.
Following Perez’s exploits this season, it is believed that a few top clubs are interested in securing his services and now the winger himself has talked up the chances of making a move away from Espanyol.
Perez has stated that he has always had the desire to play in the Premier League and is dreaming of a move to Chelsea in the foreseeable future.
The 27-year old told La Nacion, “Since I started playing football, my target was always to play in the Premier League and I will not stop until I get it.
“I dream of playing for Chelsea, I always liked them, ahead of Real Madrid and Barcelona. If I get to choose, I will not hesitate to go to England.”
