Leicester City FC defender Liam Moore heading to MK Dons FC

MK Dons are set to secure the services of Liam Moore from Leicester City on an emergency loan, according to reports

Although considered as one of the most promising defenders in the Leicester City ranks, Liam Moore has struggled for regular first team football for the Foxes this season and had spent time on loan with Championship side Bristol City during the first half of the campaign.

Moore recently returned to Leicester and with regular minutes on the pitch still hard to come by, it can be revealed that the defender is now set for another loan move to the Championship by joining Milton Keynes Dons.

Moore heading to MK Dons

Following a promising start to the season, MK Dons are currently involved in a relegation scrap since their recent dip in form and manager Karl Robinson is desperate to strengthen his leaky defence in order to bring a halt to the slide.

Dons are still able to sign players on an emergency loan deal and Robinson is keen on recruiting the services of Liam Moore for the final quarter of the campaign.

MK Dons already have five players on loan but adding Moore will not break Football League rules as teams are allowed to have at least five on loan members in the match day squad and the transfer is expected to be completed within the next 48 hours.
