League One side Sheffield United are planning to make a move for Fulham midfielder Lasse Vigen Christensen, according to reports from the Daily Mail.
Sheffield United have enjoyed a wonderful campaign in the League One this term and the Blades managed to secure their promotion into the Championship on Saturday, claiming a 2-1 victory over Northampton Town.
Chris Wilder has clearly done a sensational job since arriving at Bramall Lane but he will be more than aware of the fact that strengthening the squad over the summer will be of paramount importance in order to avoid relegation.
Christensen headed to Sheffield?
Having already earn a place in the second tier of English football, Wilder can start planning for potential targets and according to reports from the Daily Mail, the 49-year-old is said to be weighing up a move for Fulham youngster Lasse Vigen Christensen.
Christensen is a talented young midfielder who is currently out on loan at Burton Albion and it is believed that the 22-year-old could end up leaving Craven Cottage permanently next summer, especially as his contract with the club is set to expire in 2018.
Sheffield United are among the clubs keen on signing Christensen and the Danish under-21 international would surely be a good addition to the Blades’ squad.
