According to German outlet Kicker, Wolfsburg are interested in signing Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial this summer.
Anthony Martial enjoyed a stunning debut campaign for Manchester United when he joined the club from Monaco in the summer of 2015 and it was believed that the Frenchman would go on to become a star for the Red Devils last season.
As it turned out though, Martial failed to impress manager Jose Mourinho and the attacker struggled to earn regular minutes on the pitch due to this fact.
With United actively pursuing Ivan Perisic this summer, Martial could be pushed further down the pecking order at Old Trafford next season and therefore, there have been widespread speculation that 21-year-old could depart United this summer.
A move to Inter as part of the deal for Perisic had been seen as a possibility but now in reports from the Kicker, claims have been made that Martial could be set for a move to German Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg.
Wolves are looking to strengthen their squad following a very difficult campaign last term and they are allegedly hopeful of adding Martial to their ranks on a season long loan deal.
