Arsenal FC target Croatian sensation Marcelo Brozović

There is probably no manager in the world better than Arsene Wenger in spotting young talent and developing them into world class players.

From Thierry Henry to Cesc Fabregas, Wenger has nurtured numerous stars of the game and effectively continues to do so – as evidenced by the squad he has assembled at Arsenal in recent years.

Now to continue his wonderful record with talented youngsters, it has now been revealed that the Frenchman is eyeing a move to sign Croatian wonderkid Marcelo Brozović.

Brozović is currently plying his trade for Dinamo Zagreb and has been catching the eye of a couple top clubs with his wonderful performances over the last few years.

A supremely talented defensive midfield player with bags of ability, Brozović has been an integral part of the Dinamo side as well as the Croatian national team, and has been widely tipped to become a huge success in the game by many in his homeland.

Now 21, it is believed that Brozović is ready to earn a move to one of the major leagues in Europe and has been linked with a move to away from the Stadion Maksimir in recent times.

Recently it has emerged that Brozović is being monitored by Arsene Wenger and is being eyed up as a long term replacement for the ageing duo of Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini.

There is a possibility that Wenger could make a move for Brozović in January and he would certainly be a good addition to the ranks at the Emirates Stadium.

However, a big stumbling block in any potential move for Arsenal will be the fact that the 21-year old is tied down at Dinamo till 2019 and the Croatian giants certainly have a big upper hand in dictating the price for their valued asset as a result.
