Huddersfield Town have placed a bid for Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Rajiv van La Parra, according to reports from HITC

Rajiv van La Parra was considered a major coup for Wolverhampton Wanderers after he was signed from Dutch Eredivisie side Heerenveen during the summer of 2014 but unfortunately, the winger has not been able to produce his best in England.

Having endured two difficult seasons at Molineux, van La Parra was sent out on loan at Brighton and Hove Albion in November.

van La Parra has managed to somewhat impress during his loan spell at Brighton after managing 2 goals in six appearances but upon his recent return to Wolves, the 24-year old has once again been linked with a move away as he is believed to be seen as a dispensable player by manager Kenny Jackett’s plans.

While van La Parra may not have a future at Wolves, a host of Championship clubs are keen on taking a chance on the winger and now according to reports from HITC, it can be revealed that Huddersfield Town have placed a bid for the 24-year old.

Huddersfield are keen on making their way up the Championship table following a difficult first half to the season and are hopeful of luring van La Parra to the club before the end of the month.
