Mexican international Carlos Pena is a player who has recently been linked with a transfer to the Ibrox Stadium and according to reports from the Daily Mail, it has been claimed that Rangers are already in talks with Guadalajara over the signing of the 27-year-old.

Cardoso has endured a turbulent period both on and off the pitch in Mexico over the past few seasons but nonetheless, Rangers are believed to be ready to take a chance on the midfielder who has been likened to Dutch legend Ruud Gullit.
